I noticed that my hair has stopped shedding
This marine collagen is so much better for me compared to the bovine collagen. I struggled a lot with the smell and taste of the bovine version, however with this one I genuinely can’t even smell it once mixed into my drink. I now take it daily with juice and find it much easier to drink consistently. The only small downside is that you do need to mix it properly, especially in cold drinks, as the powder doesn’t dissolve as smoothly as shown in the pictures. Using a shaker definitely helps. Overall, I would personally recommend this over bovine collagen, especially if you are sensitive to taste or smell.

I have a hypermobility joints ( it's extra bendy) . My cartliges on my knees started breaking and the doctors subscribed me collagen for life . I used to buy it from saudi arabia cus it halal , it cost 100£ per month . Thin they stopped sending meds from saudi to UK.
