Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Sunna Supplements, we understand that sometimes changes or cancellations to orders may be necessary. Please review our policy below for cancelling or amending your purchase options:
Order Cancellations
- Timing: Once an order is placed, our team works quickly to process and ship it. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been processed.
- Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel an order placed during weekends or outside business hours, please contact us at support@sunnasupplements.com within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests made within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed before the order ships.
Shipping & Returns
- Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
- If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been dispatched, you may initiate a return by following the instructions outlined in our Return Policy. Please note, returns cannot be sent to our postal address; follow the correct return process to avoid delays.
Important Notes
- Once an order is shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must follow the return process for refunds.
- Sale items and certain limited-time offers may not be eligible for cancellation once the purchase is completed.
