Our supplement contains: 

- Red clover contains isoflavones, plant-based chemicals that produce estrogen-like effects in the body. Isoflavones have shown potential in the treatment of several conditions associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, cardiovascular health, and osteoporosis.

- Sage leaf (also called Salvia Officinalis) This ingredient has traditionally been used to alleviate menopausal symptoms, like hot flushes and excess sweating.

- Hops Flower are the flowers of the hop plant and help with alleviating menopausal symptoms because hops contain phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are plant-based compounds that mimic the action of female sex hormones, whose deficiency is at the root of symptoms often felt by women in menopause, which also include sleep disturbances, fatigue and dryness of the skin.
