I am a normal lad from Blackburn with a huge passion for health and fitness.

Growing up, my biggest passion was sport and I was a competitive athlete for many years. Nutrition, diet and supplements have always been a massive part of my life.

I started SS after being tired of endlessly checking nutrition labels, investigating suppliers, and contacting brands just to check if my supplements were halal.

Most supplements on the market are loaded with fillers and nasty additives which is why so many supplements on the market are ineffective. 

Halal (to me) equals clean, when something is Halal it goes through stringent testing which goes far beyond the tests that any other food or supplements go through.
