Our referral program rewards existing customers for sharing Sunna Supplements with friends and family. When someone you refer makes their first purchase, you earn a reward, and your friend gets a discount on their order.

- Your friend places their first order using your link.
- You receive £50 in store credit, and your friend receives £5 OFF their order.
Getting Your Referral Link
Where can I find my referral link?
Log in to your account at www.sunnasupplements.com and navigate to your account dashboard. Your unique referral link will be displayed there.
Can I share my referral link more than once?
Yes, you can share your referral link as many times as you like.
Rewards for the Referrer (You)
What do I get when I successfully refer someone?
You earn [£50] in store credit, added to your Sunna account after your referred friend completes their first order.
How do I redeem my store credit?
Simply log in to your account and the credit will be available to use.
Does my store credit expire?
No
Is there a limit to how much credit I can earn?
The more friends you refer, the more you can earn.
When will my credit appear in my account?
Your credit is added once your referred friend's first order is confirmed (usually within 24–48 hours of their order being placed).

What does my friend receive?
Your friend receives £5 OFF their first order when they use your referral link
Does the discount apply to all products?
Yes, the discount applies to any qualifying order.
Can the discount be combined with other offers?
The referral discount can be combined with other discount codes.
How does my friend apply the discount?
The discount is automatically applied when your friend clicks your referral link before checking out. They do not need to enter a separate code.
Eligibility
Who can refer friends?
Any existing Sunna Supplements customer with an account can participate in the referral program.
Who can be referred?
The referral is intended for new customers who have not previously placed an order with Sunna Supplements. Existing customers are not eligible to use a referral link for a discount.
Can I refer myself or use my own link?
No. Self-referrals are not permitted. Using your own referral link on a new account or on a friend/family member's account to claim both rewards without a genuine new customer is considered misuse and may result in rewards being revoked.
Can someone already on a subscription use a referral link?
No, the referral reward is for brand-new customers placing their first-ever order.
Troubleshooting
My friend used my link but I didn't receive my credit — what happened?
A few things to check:
- Confirm your friend completed a qualifying first order (not a subscription trial or cancelled order).
- Credits may take up to 48 hours to appear after the order is delivered.
- If it's been more than 48 hrs since order delivery,, please contact our support team at [support@sunnasupplements.com] with your friend's order confirmation details.
My friend's discount didn't apply at checkout — what should they do?
Ask your friend to:
- Make sure they clicked the referral link before adding items to their cart.
- Check they are not already logged into an existing account.
- If the issue persists, contact support at [support@sunnasupplements.com] and we'll apply the discount manually.
I lost my referral link — can I get it back?
Yes, simply log back in to your account at https://sunnasupplements.com/a/account/login and your referral link will still be there in your account dashboard.
My account doesn't show the referral section — what do I do?
The referral feature may be rolling out in stages. If you don't see it yet, please contact support and we'll check your account eligibility.

Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
No, store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on the account it was awarded to.
What if the referral program terms change?
Sunna Supplements reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
